Kacey Wong, a local artist has a new project in 2009 ShenZhen & Hong Kong Bi-city Biennale Urbanism/Architecture called the Padding Home. A 4×4 square feet little home was drifting in the Victoria Horbour. Just like the small flats mostly Hong Kong people live, the Padding Home is too small for the captain himself to live in it 
From Wong’s work, I suddenly realize I might be rootless and homeless.
