As I said, it was a very funny social service trip. We all expected to teach English or interest groups in a new school. Instead of a new-built school, it was a construction site in front of us. There we were, as a bunch of untrained construction workers, moving bricks by hands. I guess we didn’t help at all…

A photo taken during the social service trip to Harbin in 2002. One of the best trips and travel buddies I have ever had. We hold hands before we started working in the construction site.
